Order File Upload Help
File uploads are occasionally cut off due to internet congestion, ISP policies or routing issues. If your order submission fails or your file upload stalls, it frequently helps to place your order using the File Transfer Method "I will be having someone else upload my files." and then after receiving your receipt page and order number, using our File Upload page to send your file to us.
Some other tips to prevent file upload failures
- Make sure you don’t leave the ordering page during the upload process.
- Don't hit the stop button on your browser if you have not received a receipt page.
- Make sure there are no forward slashes (/) in your filename if you are using a Mac.
- Mac files should be Stuffed before uploading to avoid transfer problems.
If you continue to have problems placing your order, please call us for assistance. We have several other options to help you transfer your file.

Corrections will be made if possible, based on the original files sent. Please email your corrections after placing your order. You will be sent a proof by email for approval before printing begins. Note; You may be charged our
standard rates for corrections.
